SAP Crashes & creates a dump

Dear All,

We have upgraded our system to SAP 9.0 PL-05. When I open the item master data & select an item. On the right click when I click Inventory posting list, here a form is opened.

Now if here I uncheck any of the checkbox i.e. Daily, Monthly, Yearly, my SAP application crashes & it creates a dump file and closes.

Interesting fact is that if I go to Inventory Reports and check for any of the item then it is working fine.

Please suggest something regarding this problem..
