Previous record based on the last record

Hello, I am looking for the way how to display the previous record - a date  from the last date. I tried to use Previous function based on the last date record but I get en error: "this field has no Previous or Next value"

May someone knows what formula I have to use?

There is an example of my report:

I have 2 grouped fields and

2 parameters.

Selection Criteria: {Reading Due Date}: in ?Start date to ?End Date

Group1-{Building}

Group2-{Meter Type}

Formula: @Last Reading Due Date = Maximum({Reading Due Date},Meter Type)

My data fields (in Group 2) - {Meter Type}, {@Last Reading Due Date} ,{Last Reading Value} {@Previous Reading Due Date} {Previous Reading Value}
