Experts, I have a simple question around the functionality of EIC. Hope you can help out.
If I choose to send emails from EIC, where would I see the sent emails again.
e.g. I sent acknowledgement email from EIC. If I go back to the ticket, how do I know that an email has already been sent? Or where can I go and access what email was sent to the caller?
