How to Define Name Format, Infotype 0002

Dear Consultants,

In the infotype 0002 (Personal Data) as per SAP system first name will come last and last name will come first, Now they want first name should come first and last name should come last. kindly suggest your Ideas,

Is there any option where end user can change the naming option form first name last to first name first.
