We have a prospect client (for support project) and they will be giving us the access to QAS system:
Objectives of system access (QAS System):
a. Our BOBJ team to see and evaluate their system
b. Identify any requirements, concerns upfront
c. Share findings with them
As a member of BOBJ team, I have to prepare a checklist and a questionnaire for the upcoming meeting with the prospect client for support project. As this is my first experience with support project.
1. What should I include into my checklist for BW/BI BO systems?
2. How should I go about while I will be given the access to the systems?
3. What kind of questions I can put into my questionnaire or findings for client?
