Dear Mentors,
We are facing a strange issue - an employee had declined for Medical Plan in the previous enrollment period.
In the current process of enrollment, only the Dental and Vision are coming up for enrollment. Not able to enroll for Medical - which is now needed by the employee now.
Is this issue because of the previous rejection of the benefits ?
Please help out with possible suggestions and directions to assess the issue and possible resolution.
