Our users want to integrate SAP MM and MS Outlook to faciliate the renewal process for Outline Agreement. The business scenario is described as following:
An outline agreement expires 12 months from today with 1 year renewal. 4 months prior to the renewal, we need to have a task entered into the employees' outlook to start looking at that file for renewal, reissue, or whatever needs to be done.
Are there any ideas of how to proceed with this scenario? We are open to any approaches, including Duet Enterprise Software.
