how can we add second level approve field

hi dudes,

In the below screen how can i add second level approver field also  in  next processor ....how can name that field names also ....as I am seeing only one level approver name in the screen i want to see both level approvers tell me the solution and also the time for leaves ...if any employee wants to book half day leave or 2 hours leave....
