Production Order - Could not commit transaction: Error -1 detected during transaction

Hi,

Since upgrading from 8.82PL5 to 9.0PL5 we are unable to do any Production Orders. We get "Could not commit transaction: Error -1 detected during transaction" and sometimes (often on the first attempt) this is appended with (UDO1).

We have no FMS, user fields or alerts/authorisations related to this form; B1UP 6.1.2.5 is installed but no modifications have been made to this form. Loading up with B1UP disabled makes no difference.

I have attached SP_Transaction_Notification, though as far as I know nothing should have been changed there.

This applies to all users including manager and superusers.
