Setting Default Values in cProjects Field

Hi Experts,

I was trying to put default values on the following fields below

I want to set the following default values:

Work: 8, unit: hours

Actual Start: current date

Actual Finish: current date

Percent Completion: 100

Confirmed Work unit: hours

I checked  and followed the instructions in

but I cannot find the configuration for this one.
