Hi, employee used one leave.but its not deducted from quota. anyone help me?

i am able to see used quota in 2001. but its not getting deducted from quota. and i have checked

in validity and deduction period, they have maintained like this.

validity interval

valid from                            valid to

accural period                      calendar year

deduction from                         deduction to

start of validity period               end of validity period.

is it issue to not deduct from quota.plz help me.
