Predefined employee for new task type

Hi to all SAP CRM users.

I would like to create new task type that will have predefined employee responsible, so agents who create this task don't have to manually change employee responsible. I'm stuck at partner determination procedures, or to be more correct, on access sequence. I want that employee responsible is Employee responsible from organizational unit (relationship BUR011). I know how to determine if Employee is Responsible Business Partner from organizational unit (relationship CRMH06) but this relationship is already taken. Can you help me how to define default employee for this task?
