The development class of condition table is local

Hi,

I have created a condition table 912. I have assigned it  to Access Sequence, for checking fields when i double click on Fields folder, it throws me an error "The development class of condition table  912 is local". I have checked on SCN and google too but couldn't find the answer. Please help.
