Row level security error

Hello all,

I am trying to use the row level security in Manage access restrictions. I am trying to restrict the data for Austria and UK where I have a table with a field ID = AT for austria and ID = UK for United Kingdom. So I created 2 new restrictions and added the groups for the restrictions with the where clause. When

I hit OK I get error as :

failed to retrieve security restriction for principal previous error: Cannot find the user,group or object 479247

error #-2147211005

and also the preview button is grayed out.

what could be the issue?Please help.
