Characteristic Error when loading data to Cube

Dear All,

I am getting below error when loading data to Cube.

I also written field routine for 0EXTMATLGRP to condense the space than also it is showing the error.  I am not clear about this error what it is saying, is it telling about the space? Please help me in solving the error.
