restart of sap DEV system ??

Hi All,

we installed DEV and QAS in the same system and we assigned 32gb ram.Now system is running very slow for that i have checked in st02

its showing high swaps for that i want to restart sap system.

but we shared NFS from DEV to PRD .

when ever if restart sap DEV system then PRD system goes down or not??

if yes plz suggest me how to solve this error??
