Amortization pricing procedure

Dear All,

I have requirement from my client for configuring pricing procedure for calculating amortization costs for the tools.

Below is the condition in which they need.

Material (XXX) Rate (A) Qty (B) ; Amount (A*B)

Amortization cost for pattern Rate (A) Qty (B); Amount (A*B)

Total (C) (Mtl + Amortization)

Excise Duty (on C) 12%

Edu Cess 2%

SHEC 1%

Total (D)

Subtract Amortization cost from D (E)

VAT@12.5% on (D-E) 12.5%

GRAND TOTAL

This is the first time I'm working on this, could you please help me with your valuable suggestions?
