We are running SAP BPC 10 NW EH1 SP04 , Client SAP EPM Add-in SP 15 patch 2 - 8586 .Net 4 Big Vol.
The EPM Add-in for Excel is not available from the Launch window on the BPC web home page on users machines running windows 8

The user machine configuration.
Windows 8 64 bit
Office 2013 64 bit
Internet explorer 11 64 bit
The EPM Add-in for excel installed successfully on the users machine and the EPM tab is available in Excel 2013 , then EPM add-in is also enabled in the options > Add-ins in Excel.
The EPMOficeActiveX.EPMOfficeActiveXConsrol is not available in the Manage Add-ons section in Internet explorer.
The desktop version for Internet explorer is being used.
All prerequisite software has been installed on the users machine.
Any suggestions will be appreciated
