MRP Evaluation Flow

Dear Experts,

We are going thro’ the phase of MPS/MRP, we want to know the activity/process flow of an Planner who is planning “Finish Goods”.

1. Ours is a MTO scenario,
2. “In-House Prd Days”, PTF, GR Processing Time is defined for each FG material,
3. BOM & Routing is in place,
4. All config is in place (e.g. Backward scheduling, MRP Controller etc),
5. Sales Orders are entered outside PTF (i.e. with sufficient lead time),
6. Plant Level MRP (MD01/MDBT) will be done every night,
7. MRP results can be seen in MD05, MD06 & Stock Requirement list in MD04,MD07.

Now we want help to design the each fine activity/process for a Planner who is planning for “Finish Goods”, what actions needs to be taken & when.

It there any documentation available for the same?
